Teen Class 13

(Tuesday 7:00-9:00pm) The Teen Program is aimed for 13-17 year olds participating in a variety of gymnastics skills specific to their individual age and ability. Athletes in this program will have the opportunity to tailor this class to their individualized personal skill development. This is a great way to keep fit and have fun with young people of the same age.
