Learn to Knit - Scarves and Toques for Beginners and Intermediates (Ages 13+)

Learn the basic skills of knit, purl, cast-ons and bind-offs, and make some cozy winter accessories during this five week class with Artist Riisa Gundesen! Or, for those with more experience, experiment with advanced techniques to create decorative patterns, with projects such as cabled toques or lace-motif shawls. Come away with new skills and amazing hand knitted items to keep you warm on winter evenings. EXPERIENCE Beginner friendly, but more experienced knitters are also welcome! SUPPLIES Supplies are not included, students will be required to bring their own yarn, needles and other notions. A supply list will be sent out at time of course confirmation.
