"Skills & Strokes is a 3 hour evaluation of a candidates in-water abilities and is a prerequisite for City of Edmonton Swim and Lifesaving Instructor course. Prerequisites: Age 14, and hold one of the following certifications: Bronze Cross, Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard. A bathing suit and 100% attendance is required."
