EVOLUTION KIDS

​Evolution Kids is designed for children who are ready to participate more independently in a structured gymnastics class. With a 1:4 coach-to-athlete ratio, coaches provide individualized instruction while encouraging confidence, independence, and skill development. To support success, coaches use visual schedules and timers throughout class to help with routines and transitions while participating in a structured circuit. Athletes participate without a parent or caregiver on the gym floor and are expected to remain with their coach and group for the duration of the class. Because the gym is active with other programs during this time, this class is best suited for children who can safely stay with the group and are not at risk of leaving the class area
