DISCOVERY KIDS

Discovery Kids is designed for children who benefit from additional one-on-one support in a calm, sensory-friendly environment. During this class, your child will be the only group using the gym, creating a low-distraction space with plenty of flexibility to meet their individual needs. To help athletes feel confident and successful, the class includes numbered stations, visual supports at every station, visual schedules, and timers to provide clear expectations and smooth transitions. Whether your child enjoys following a structured circuit or prefers to explore the gym at their own pace, our coaches are happy to support them. To provide the best experience, a parent, caregiver, or other trusted adult must remain on the gym floor with their child throughout the class.
