A coed program incorporating trampoline, floor (tumbling), double mini trampoline, and a 40-foot tumble track, challenging athletes with technical skills, strength and flexibility. Age categories include Trampoline (6-7), Trampoline (8-9), Teen Trampoline (10-17), and Advanced Teen Trampoline (tryout or coach invite only).
