Womens hockey: beginner (16+ years)

Through drills, activities and scrimmages, women will learn the basics of hockey in this non-competitive program. This hockey lesson is open to anyone who identifies as female. They will improve their skating skills and learn how to: pass shoot handle the puck Prerequisite: Skating lessons 3 or equivalent. Must be able to skate forwards, backwards and stop. Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet with full cage and full hockey gear, including hockey skates.
