STAR 1-3 Academy

Springbank FSC is pleased to offer STAR 1-3 Academy for figure skaters. STAR Academy is inclusive of ice time and group training such as skills, power and edge class or dryland training. *Please note the offering of skills, power and edge class and dryland training will vary by the day you register for. Fridays 3:45- 4:30 PM Flexibility Training, SPFAS Drypad 4:45 - 5:45 PM Skating Session Private and semi-private lessons booked separately. Please contact one of our SFSC coaches for more details. Participants are required to have completed Group STAR OR been recommended by a SFSC Coach to participate in any STARSkate programming. An annual Skate Canada and SFSC Membership is required.
