Sport Hub: Indoor flag football - kids (8 - 9 years)

Kids will participate in drills and practice games to learn basic flag football skills. These lessons take place indoors. They will learn: Basic throwing and catching skills How to run passing routes Flag pulling and defensive positioning Basic offensive and defensive plays Prerequisite: None Please bring: Running shoes, water bottle Offered in collaboration with one of Sport Hub’s partners.
