Beginner skaters will be shown basic techniques to gain more confidence on the ice through drills and activities. They will learn: the proper way to fall and stand up how to march on the ice how to glide forwards Prerequisite: None Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet, ice skates (Ensure skates are sharp. We do not provide skate sharpening), gloves/mittens Be prepared: Skate & Helmet Guidelines , Information about Helmets Video and Learn to Skate Program Video Forms/waivers: None
