Rotational Dryland Training
Fall 2026 · in 4 days
Registration done weekly and will open the Wednesday prior at 6 PM. Rotational training is an essential part of figure skating development. Also known as spin training, it helps skaters refine their body positioning for both airborne rotations (jumps) and spins on the ice. This type of training enhances balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and overall control. Springbank FSC is pleased to offer club members specialized spin training right at our home rink, designed to support SFSC skaters reach their full potential. Skaters will have access to 15-minute lessons with a trained SFSC coach. Training takes place upstairs in the drypad area.
