This class is designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. The program focuses on specific, research-based exercises to help improve mobility, flexibility, balance, gait, cognitive functioning, overall strength and coordination, and mitigate symptoms. The classes include bodyweight exercises, functional circuits, stretching, and non-contact boxing drills.
