National Lifeguard Certification

Recognized as the standard for lifeguards in Canada, NL training develops a sound understanding of lifeguarding principles, good judgment, and mature and responsible attitude toward the role of lifeguarding. This six-day program develops basic skills, principles, and decision-making processes to help lifeguards evaluate and adapt to different aquatics facilities and emergencies. Prerequisites: Current Intermidate First Aid and CPR level C, Bronze Cross, and 15+ years of age.
