Little Movers is a developmentally appropriate and movement based preschool program that is built on the Active Start phase of Active for Life. Each two hour session blends physical literacy, beginner sports skills, creative movement, yoga, and free play with engaging circle time, songs, and games. Little Movers helps children build confidence, coordination, social skills, and a lifelong love of movement in a warm, playful environment.
