Program prerequisites: Participants must be able to snowplow stop, perform an alternating V push, forward 1-foot glide, backward 2-foot glide, sit glide and walking crossovers. Participants will learn how to snowplow stop both left and right, be introduced to 2-foot side stops, 2-foot turns, jumps and more. All in a fun and supportive games-based class environment.
