The Leadership in Training (LIT) program at Trico Centre is a youth leadership initiative designed for teens aged 13-17. This program equips young people with the skills, confidence, and hands on experience needed to become future leaders in recreation programs, community initiatives and the workforce. Participants learn core leadership skills such as leading games, communication, teamwork and inclusion.
