Through in-water and pool deck activities, kids and teens will increase their swimming abilities and be introduced to lifesaving skills. They will learn: how to refine their swim strokes endurance swims rescue techniques Prerequisite: Swim least 50 metres and tread water for one minute. Please bring: Swimsuit, towel. Dress code for the next lesson will be provided in class. Forms/waivers: None
