JR SUPERSQUAD - 6 Hours/week SuperSquad is our pre-competitive program for SuperKids who are excelling and continue to demonstrate exceptional talent in Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG). SuperSquad provides a transition year to further develop the physical, technical, and behavioural foundations needed for competitive gymnastics. SuperSquad athletes train 6 hours per week and follow the same annual training plan as our Competitive Team, preparing them for the expectations of competitive sport. Competitive team selections are made each June based on ongoing development and readiness. Participation in SuperSquad does not guarantee placement on the Competitive Team but provides an excellent opportunity for continued growth and assessment.
