Hockey - teens & adults (16+ years)

You will learn the basics of hockey through various drills, activities and scrimmages in this non-competitive program. You will work on and improve: skating skills passing shooting handling the puck Prerequisite: Must be able to skate forwards, backwards and stop. Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet with full cage and full hockey gear, including hockey skates (Ensure skates are sharp. We do not provide skate sharpening).
