Club Members STAR 1-3 Seminar with Ashlynne Stairs

Springbank FSC presents our Fall 2026 STARSkate Seminar with Ashlynne Stairs and Tatiana Straathof. Ashlynne Stairs Tatiana Straathof Ashlynne is a two-time Canadian National Medalist in Ice Dance and a competitor at the 2017 Junior World Championships, having represented Team Canada at numerous ISU international events. She is a Skate Canada NCCP National Level 3 Coach, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, with additional training in nutrition and athlete wellness. Drawing on her background in elite ice dance, Ashlynne specializes in refining foundational edges, step sequences, choreography, musicality, and artistic expression. Tatiana Straathof is a professional Circus Artist, Motivational Speaker, and FOCUS Coach. Through her Master Your FOCUS program, Tatiana has helped thousands of athletes—from minor hockey to the NHL & PWHL—develop focus, cognitive speed, mental stamina, and confidence to perform at their best when it matters most. By training the brain alongside the body, skaters can build the mental and neuro-processing skills that support faster reactions, sharper awareness, better coordination, and more confident performance.
