FUNdamentals | Intro CanGym Levels 1 - 2 | 1.5 hours/class In this co-ed class, your gymnast will roll, leap, and hop their way into the FUNdamentals of gymnastics! Here they will be introduced to the fundamental movement patterns: landings, stationary positions, rotations, locomotions, swings, and springs.
