Birdwatching class & walk - teens & adults

Through an indoor classroom presentation and outdoor birdwatching walk, you will gain an understanding of the unique features of local birds. Topics can include: viewing equipment and techniques how to identify behaviour and habitat how birds adapt to the changing seasons the science behind how birds fly and survive Prerequisite: None Please bring: Weather appropriate clothing, water bottle Forms/waivers: None Additional information: Each course offering focuses on new topic and techniques so it can be taken multiple times
