These lessons are intended for those with cognitive impairments. You will become more confident on the ice and learn basic skills needed to skate, such as: standing falling pushing forwards and backwards stopping Prerequisite: None Please bring: CSA approved hockey helmet, ice skates (Ensure skates are sharp.
